Great Company - Temperature Probes & Sensors

I am having problems with this product but not sure if it is the case this product or a thermocouple I bought from him at Minnesota Measurements. TPI replaced my thermometer but I'm still getting very shaky readings. Basically it shows 70 degrees in the oven and then jumps to hundreds when I take it out. I think the problem is in the wiring of the thermocouple which I am about to replace.
