You should not expect from her that she will clean the first time everything that has been accumulating for years. This is not a magic wand. But overall a very nice toy. Has pros: Convenient thing. Cleans floors, tiles and carpet well. I didn’t try to wash the windows, but the cleaning of the plumbing went off with a bang. Did a great job removing salt stains on door mats. I cleaned the burnt out of the oven. True with the use of a nozzle-brush. The only thing is that you need to adapt to the movements - slowly, without hurrying, unlike a regular mop. Cons: Until you adapt, the rag itself falls off the mop. The decision about the cord holding the rag is not the best. Velcro would be more productive for me.
