An extremely useful tape measure even if you are an American unaccustomed to using metric units. At work, I use inches and tenths every day. This is required to perform a layout or site analysis. However, don't underestimate the power of the metric system! Calculating is much easier when everything is divisible by 10, especially when you need to find the distance between the X numbers to intersect! The build quality is very good, not overly intense and bulky like some of the more rugged brands, but not quite as cheap as the silver Stanleys that everyone loves. Compared to your standard 25 feet, this thing is HUGE. The extra 15 feet has to come from somewhere!
