We took this stroller with us for the first time at the weekend. Everything was going great until my dog saw the lizard and tried to jump out. We thought the stroller was in the open position because my dog was trapped in the stroller in the harness. Apparently the locking mechanism at the end of the strap is cheap as they are. When my dog jumped, the device broke and my dog nearly collided with oncoming traffic. Thank goodness my daughter was there to grab the dog before she was hit by a car. I've attached a photo of a piece of shit that should protect your dog. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. As soon as I got home, I replaced that locking knot with a snap hook. I feel like my dog is safer now. Otherwise I really like the stroller.
