I almost bought these magnets. We love sous vide and mostly use a vacuum sealer so we don't have a big problem with pop up bags. But the cost was low enough I basically said what the heck! I'm glad I did because I've found myself using them more than I expected. I have a food grade plastic container that we use for sous vide and the magnets hold the plastic lightly and firmly. I love that I can keep them in the fridge when I'm not using them and the sous vide process means they don't really get dirty but I could easily wash them off if they did. So overall it's well worth the small investment to store items exactly where you want them, completely submerged.
