Warm with protective vest, little wind protection.
Quality is as expected from actual specs, body material is warm under body armor but struggles to retain heat in windy conditions. The sleeves have a rugged look and are lined with visible body material, and the sleeves retain heat better in windy conditions. The sleeves become very bulky when they are rolled up. As expected in form, function and performance.
