I wore this, and literally after only 20 minutes, I felt like I wanted to throw up. It was too tight for my size even though I DO wear 2XL. Through email, I told the company, and they replied to get my address to send me a 3XL replacement (of a larger size) like they had offered TO ME. I gave them a whole week to respond before writing this review; their second email is not in the spam folder either. So, I put on the compression product and wore it around for a bit and I saw how I looked in the mirror. Then, I took it off and saw how I looked in the mirror without it. Results? Not much difference. I think for "some" bigger people, you really won't SEE a difference because you're still kind of big and your usual clothing shirts are already stretched out. This might be better for people to use for exercise to keep everything "in place," but if you want to use this to "hide" the love handles, remember that your clothing is probably going to be stretched out and people won't always SEE the "difference." If you decide to purchase, I'd advise you to order up one size bigger because I wear 2XL in shirts and this made me want to throw up. It was just too tight.
