I used to use Manzanilla products and chose this brand because it was cheaper than my usual brand (Grisi). I've found it works just as well as Manzanilla Grisi but costs less. I let my gray hair grow out and try to lighten my dark hair so my gray hair is a less harsh hair color. This shampoo helped me. You should leave it on your hair for at least a few minutes (longer if you can). it can dry out your hair, so don't be surprised. a small price to pay for gradual lightening of hair without discoloration.
