Very comfortable shorts Material is light and airy so you don't get moldy in them Fairly good length and stretch. While doing squats, I didn't find myself lifting them. Because they stretch well, the legs lifted when they straightened, but didn't impede movement. The belt at the waist is also very nice. The shorts have a hip pocket at the back. This means the tip is not connected, which I found more convenient. For the price, they're about average for the type of shorts they're sold for, so I'd say by all accounts this is a good buy.
