Poor quality or sound quality
I am very disappointed in the product I have had before (genuine) and I can say from their experience that the sound quality is what you would expect from a $1 headphone , if i could give a lower rating i would be the worst i can't return them or get a refund. I wouldn't recommend that there's no bass at all, so you might as well listen to music through the phone's built-in speaker
