Very simple to use for basic tasks like sending emails or scheduling meetings with customers/employees via web-based applications that can be accessed 24x7 without an internet connection (no need even connect through VPN). Easy enough interface which makes it user friendly as well! I am not using their product directly but was hired by another customer who uses them so no personal experience from me other than they have good reviews elsewhere online regarding ease in usage - check out some demo accounts if you are considering purchasing these tools yourself; there's really nothing bad about this software either way when compared against others we were looking at previously. The pricing model can be confusing at first. There are no upfront costs for using this product. You have to pay monthly for the subscription.
