Hot Chilly's Youth Originals II Cheetah Print Tights are very warm and snuggly, not to mention stylish warm long underwear. Although the long underwear is a bit expensive, I have to say that my daughter from 15* to 19* was warm and never complained about cold. I will buy more Hot Chilly for me and my wife.
