I had to check the engine oil pressure near the oil pump to compare it with the pressure sensor output on top of the engine to see if the camshaft bearings were worn. I removed the oil cooler line. (if the engine does not have coolant lines, there are plugs on the mounting holes), both are located just above the oil filter. I screwed an oil pressure gauge into the threaded hole and then found a pipe plug which I then put in, leaving the plate in place for now.
