Great communication tool with no hassle involved

The best thing about agarawas that it could talk for me. I didn't want to speak myself so having this machine do all my talking was perfect! Also, when we had problems she would tell us what to say or how to fix our issues so there wasn't always time wasted trying to figure things out ourselves. Sometimes you get some laggy responses which isn't really noticeable but then other times it just doesn't work at all. We were solving a problem where people weren't able to easily reach someone who worked at their insurance provider. They also couldn't leave messages because they'd never hear back. This allowed them to contact our team directly allowing someone to answer questions immediately instead of waiting days for a response from one of their employees.
