I have had it in the kitchen for about a year, as a gift from my husband. Since then I have been using it regularly. I can't even imagine how I managed without it. Whisk creams and make meringue. Home big sweet tooth. Submersible is good for making puree soup. Great for mincing meat. Knives are sharp, nuts turns into crumbs.
