Broke after 10 days of use
I bought these and within 10 days of use the pump stopped working. I filled out the return form and sent the product back, but I haven't heard anything. I called and the rep said they have moved but all mail is being forwarded to the new address so my repair or return will take a little longer. I still haven't received anything - no notification, no refund, no repaired or new product. This item was highly recommended to me by my dentist. I will definitely let you know about my negative experience with this product.
