This is a great tool for keeping your teeth and gums perfectly clean. I've been using one for years and just bought this updated model. This is a better version of the old one as it added softer and narrower rubber tips. Now it's easier to navigate in the spray direction and it's more convenient. However, you could add something to prevent the nozzle from rotating on its own. Now you need to hold the nozzle in place during use so it doesn't spray everywhere. Also, the on-off switch is difficult

I have had 3 of these units. The problem I've found is that the tips tend to come out of the pen during use, causing the mixture to splatter all over the tub when trying to put the tip back into the pen . I never had this problem with the first unit I bought a few years ago, but the last two have had this problem.
