I bought these for my husband for Christmas. They were more expensive than the other options but I chose them anyway just because of the reviews and because it was worth it. I love her! My husband bought me some flannel pajamas downtown. They're normal, but I like him better! In terms of thickness and softness, flannel and other fabrics are superior to others. I assume they will hold up better after a few washes. And I have to say I like that the pants are longer. We're both tall and I'm sick of flannel pants that stay 6-8 inches off the floor after the second wash.
