I was so excited to get this collar for my dog and plan on buying another one for my other dog if I like it. Let's just say that even the Hulk couldn't open that collar! The seat belt mechanism is supposed to be easy, but I would challenge the strongest man in the world to open it! It may be defective... but it goes straight back.
