Is something missing in the packaging of these double clamps?
These brackets arrived a few days faster than expected. Hooray! I opened it up to try it out... then I saw none of the black two piece clips were there and the 1" brackets are a little funnel shaped like shelves... which requires those black two piece clips to fix. on the poles. Without clips or rubber pads, the clips slide down the posts when weight is applied to them. Rubber pad to keep them in place... hoping the clamps stay intact. If that doesn't work, I'll find industrial grade twin clamps elsewhere.
