Printer has ink problems

I was able to get a few prints with a new cartridge, after which it stopped delivering ink. "prints" only blank pages. doesn't clog inkjet nozzles well, so I'm constantly cleaning the head and trying to get it to print. A huge waste of money, I've used probably a hundred original ink tanks on this printer with no problems, but I had problems with these straight away!
