"I bought this cable to connect a LAN cable to my Mac to work with a Raspberry Pi which I was unable to connect to wirelessly until I got the LAN cable for the used lessons. I have this connector and it wasn't working at all when I got it. I would check for signal and no signal from anything plugged into the USB-C ports. I ended up buying a USB-C to LAN connector, which Apple offers on its website. and it worked right away. This might have been an issue for me as I had to plug this connector into a USB USB-C connector and there were too many connections in my connection, but if you have a Mac I recommend sticking with the products on Apple's website. CONTINUED: !After posting this review I was quickly emailed by a Lention consultant through Revain and they apologized for the broken cable. They also immediately gave me a full refund with no asking if they could replace it, if I wanted a refund or if I was angry. The customer service I received during this transaction was not only the best I've received from Revain, it was the best, that I received online, period. I highly recommend buying their product and hopefully it works! But if not, I can also swear by their amazing customer service which should solve the problem right here and now. Thank you Lenzion!
