Hmmm you get what you pay for. The colors are great, but many pencils break when sharpened. I almost used several pencils for a coloring book just to sharpen them. I usually use an electric pencil sharpener, but have also tried my Prismcolor sharpener and a cheap small sharpener, all with the same results. It looks like the bars were already broken before they were sharpened. Some pencils are noticeably curved, making them difficult to sharpen. The leashes are ok, better than the cheapest but still quite firm which requires a decent effort to apply the paint although they layer very well. I kept the set because of the color scheme, but I won't buy it again.
