I love my motivational water bottle. Drinking water is now no problem for me. Prior to this bottle, I only drank a few sips of water during the day (I work 12 hours a day). A 16 ounce bottle of water would last me an entire week. Now that I have my motivational bottle, I'm drinking more water and enjoying it. Requires 3 1/2 16 oz bottles of water to fill. But I also add a 5 calorie flavor stick. I could never just drink water. The downside is that I have to go to the bathroom every half hour.
