About the installation: Switch

I connected a car horn to a relay. My relay needed a trigger (-) to make it work. So you connect the black wire to ground on the frame and then split that wire into two connectors. Connect one plug to the negative pole and the other plug to the ground pole. Next you need to make a trigger on your relay. I needed (-) so I connected the black wire to the NO terminal (normally open) and routed the wire to the relay near the horn. In order for the button to light up when the car is running or in accessory mode, you need to connect to the fuse box to get a positive wire that charges when the car is running or in accessory mode. I used a fuse tap (purchased from AutoZone) and connected it to the cigarette lighter fuse in the fuse box. It was a 20 amp fuse so I just put two 10 amp fuses in the fuse tap as I don't and will never plug anything over 10 amps into the cigarette lighter. I connected the fuse tap to the (+) terminal on the button. Now it lights up when the car is on. Regardless of whether the machine is running or not, an audible signal sounds when the button is pressed. So the light will light up when a positive charge is connected to a positive and a negative charge is connected to a negative. Whatever charge you apply to the common (C) terminal, it will be output through the normally open (NO) terminal when the button is pressed. I needed it (-) so I put it in (C) and out (NO) my device. If you need a (+) output, place a positive charge on (C) and output (NO) to your device. I just wanted to clarify what Jonathan H commented on in January 2016. First he made it clear to me. Also, the hole was made with a 3/4 inch hole made with a wood chisel. I used 14 gauge wire. Red is for plus, black for ground/minus, and the white wire is used as the start wire to the relay. I hope this helps clarify the connection for this button.
