These coils are NOT Husqvarna/Viking coils. They are suitable for the spool mechanism, but are not removed. I thought there was something wrong with my bobbin winder, but eventually I realized the problem was that each of these new bobbins, even though they were printed with the Husqvarna/Viking symbol, were too tight. . For several days I wound the coils by hand. Eventually I went through all my old spools and found that they felt a little smoother and still fit my winder snugly. This is a defective product. I would have sent it back if I hadn't thrown away most of the coils, looked through them and found they didn't work. I would give this product ZERO if I could.
