Review on Oster Cordless Electric Bottle Opener by Robert Aiono

First of all I would like to say that this is the third Easter bottle opener that I have bought and it is the same model. I had to buy a replacement because I damaged the first one myself by inserting it slightly askew in the cork and I left the second carelessly in a hotel room. I really liked this wine bottle opener so I went back to it. . I think that's a good price for the product and gets the job done easily and efficiently. Much easier than homemade ones that require you to work hard to open the bottle! For some reason the one I bought in late March 2017 just won't charge and I followed the instructions in the user manual. When I try to use it, it takes a long time for the cork to come out of the bottle and then the mechanism doesn't release the cork, so I have to do it manually, which is much more difficult than with a handheld device. As for the return, it's far from a deadline. You only have one month to return it to Revane. When I called Oscar customer service there were six people in front of me and I just don't feel like this product is worth the time and effort going through the warranty exchange process. I'm trying something new right now!
