Review on ABB Electronic Work Instructions by Michael Cleveland

All my questions were answered during training with great detail as well all our needs related equipment setup up etc. When we got everything put together it didn't work very smoothly at first however I would highly reccomend sending someone down from engineering who can do this sort fo thing or pay for proper help who will know whats going wrong if anything is! Have no issues so far just that one minor headache but nothing they couldn’t fix once sent off details was resolved perfectly within 1 phone call - customer service excellent also very courteous & professional team member I like that it's very simple to use and the layout is clear for everyone who needs help with the system. There aren't many things I dislike about this product but one thing would be if we could have more than two screens per page when printing out our work orders so sometimes you can see 2 pages at once or 3 depending where your printer is located. We've been able to reduce paperwork by using this software instead of having to fill out multiple forms each day.
