Not for PC builders (like me), otherwise good stuff

I knew what I was getting into and saw all the negative reviews but decided to give it a try anyway. Very impressed with the results so far. My 2G tube was decently made out of this material, I think maybe it's luck, but I really went a different route than usual as I've seen a lot of people say, just to be safe and heat the stuff up before you apply it. So I did exactly that, I microwaved and heated a bag of cherry stone (for joint/neck pain) for 1 1/2 minutes, put in a tube of paste and waited about 5 minutes. The application went as expected, not very good not terrible but treat it like clay but try to work a little fast before the paste cools too much (try applying it and prepare with the other hand a spatula before use). all within about 10 seconds). You can do another run like I did to give it a little more coverage, just a little bit to shape it. Maybe Swayze helped me over the shoulder. RTX 3090 and AMD 5950x with NZXT 280mm monoblock. I can't tell much difference from the 3090 since I converted it to crypto. I only reinserted it to make thermal pads, but I can say that the 5950x on a 280mm NZXT monoblock with about 50% fans is running about 58-60Β°C and ambient about 22-23Β°C ambient . Will he stand the test of time? I hope that's why I got it, the computer should really last 6-8 years without having to reinstall it. That's assuming you're not paying more than $10-$13 for a 2G handset.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Other
