Haven't even used it yet and it's already torn
I bought this item a few weeks ago to use when I came back from a business trip. Literally packed up yesterday and arrived at your destination today only to find it's already torn? I didn't even stuff it full or anything. As you can see from the pictures, the product is defective and the stitching is not done properly. Can I get a refund or a new item in the mail? Very disappointed and currently on a business trip with it otherwise I would have returned it in full and just asked for a full refund.
