I bought this chair in May this year. It's a great chair, but as with anything, there's a chance of rejection. I broke a cable over the weekend. I contacted the seller and spoke to Rachel. Rachel was fantastic. She told me what happened, asked for photos, and then took care of the issue by sending me a new frame for free. how to earn a customer for life. I will continue to buy many of these chairs and will recommend to family and friends and see what other products NICE has for sale because I know they have great customer service.
