May not stick to certain items

It was easy to print and attach the labels but.the labels started falling off (after 2 months) the plastic storage boxes we put them on. We had cleaned the surface with alcohol wipes prior to placing them on the boxes. We did this to approximately 15 boxes and they fell off on all of them. Probably works great on paper items but not on these boxes.
