I was managing an annual conference for my organization with about 300 attendees from around our region (we are located across 3 states). The team did everything they could do make it run smoothly - making sure we had enough food/water available throughout; easy access points into sessions so people didn't miss anything that day if there were any delays or power outages etc.; great communication via email & phone calls during set up days leading upto launch date as well after when things weren't going quite right but still kept us informed all along! Nothing really specific other than overall good experience working w them this year. They helped me through every step which included getting speaker bios / agendas approved by legal department before submitting final contract agreements between both parties involved.
