After trying to hold the pressure for an hour, I pressed the reset button on the Revain. When I put everything back in the packaging, the silicone sealing ring fell out of the bag. After banging my head against the wall, I installed it in the top block (there is a notch just above the threads) and the block worked. Big. I battled this clog for two days and literally spent over three hours diving in and pouring hot soapy water down the toilet, nothing worked. I was at a point where I thought this was a problem with my main and it was going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix. One shot with that thing and the toilet is back to normal. The instruction manual sucks, but once you put that gasket in, it holds the pressure. Another thing is when you put the toilet seat on, take off the screw cap, slide that cap over the ball at the end, and then put the toilet seat firmly onto the ball before screwing it back on. The instructions suck again, the device is superb!
