This kneeling chair has completely transformed my home office experience. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can comfortably sit for hours while maintaining proper posture and reducing pressure on my lower back. The adjustable height feature allows me to customize it to fit my body perfectly. The downside is that it takes some time to get used to this new sitting position, but the benefits outweigh the adjustment period.
