First off I've been using natural MS keyboards since 1999 and this is the closest mechanical keyboard I've found. Much of my review is influenced by MS keyboards because I've been using them for so long. (both original MS Natural and Natural 4000. TLDR version. The only thing better about this keyboard than MS Natural 4000 is: mechanical keys, no stupid "F-Lock" key, RGB backlight. MS- Keyboard is the best shape. Overall, the shape isn't as good as MS keyboards. That's the biggest thing I don't like about it. Even though it's split, it really looks like it's a flat keyboard split in two Has been cut in half and only the keys are still the same size and square as on a flat keyboard No camber or stretched key size like MS keyboards The documentation is not entirely accurate and the software is only for Windows and doesn't seem very good .By default it runs at startup and appears in the middle of the screen on every login/boot To change the side lights it's FN space, not anything with a button like the manual says it lights the handle The diff nable colors of the backlight of the controller mean that it has different functions. So if you want it to be a volume control, I hope you want it to be red. Angle - The keyboard doesn't tilt forward or backward at a comfortable angle. your wrists. There are no rear legs for elevation and palm rest like the MS 4000 keyboard (I haven't used it but that might be important to someone). Key - Cheery MX Brown. If you know about it, I don't need to say much. From what I've read they are not interchangeable and soldered in this keyboard. I have not personally reviewed them or attempted to remove them. If you don't need these switches, look at another keyboard. I think they can work on a version with others. Ugh macro key location - I'll probably never use the macro keys, but there are all 10 of them on the left edge. I HATE them there. I keep getting my left hand wrong because the keyboard is so wide. If I had a choice, they would either not be there or they would be above the F-keys. Pen - I don't use it much and mostly ignore it. Most of what it does could easily be done with a smaller grip that's off the center of the palm rest. It's not quite right, but I don't really use it either. So here's my last thing if you've gotten this far. I plan on keeping it because it's the only mechanic that comes close to what I want. However, the score is mostly due to the overall sense of compromise I have to make in order to get an "ergonomic" mechanical keyboard. This is not a cheap keyboard so I believe it should be of the highest caliber. If it was under 100€ I would give it 5 stars every day.
