Good: KB arrived quickly. It was well packed in the factory box. The kb box was in another box that was poorly packed. The shipping box was too big and contained only one roll of brown paper; so basically the kb box bounced around in it. But the kb itself was well packed in the factory box and well protected with foam. KB is beautiful. Very hard feeling. It's not overly heavy, but the weight gives it a premium feel.
