Love the easy installation. Like the look. Like the price. BUT. Came to us defective. It doesn't always turn on or off when we need it and when we're not using it it keeps turning on and off by itself. We put new batteries in and rechecked the wire connections several times, but the faucet still did the same thing. We understand that things happen and nothing is always perfect. We really want this to work, so we're going to try to trade it for something else. Let's see how Arrisea's customer service works. Customer service is just as important to us as product performance. We will observe and evaluate how this all happens. Arrisea support sent me a NEW FAUCET THE NEXT DAY. I didn't even have time to get another one out of the sink. (Actually, I thought I had to put our original faucet on the sink even before we bought the Arrisea faucet. I never throw anything away). We installed a new faucet and it has been working flawlessly for about a week now. . Arrisea even contacted us twice through Revain. They explained how to fix the faucet and reset it if needed. They also reminded us of the 10-year guarantee. I LOVE this faucet. Arrisey ran wonderfully! Thanks for the great service!
