I took my iStorage diskAssure2 out of the box, created my own admin password and thought I was done until I noticed that the auto-lock feature disabled the drive after just 50 seconds. I followed the instructions and tried increasing the time limit. I also tried disabling the auto lock feature entirely. Nothing worked. Then I read another review here about the same issue and a company representative said that there is a setting in Windows 10 related to USB port timeouts. A company representative provided a link to the fix on the iStorage website, but the link is no longer valid. I tried contacting iStorage support with no response. It was very disappointing and I got past the return window. I would avoid this company at all costs.
