The software has been very helpful in allowing us as an organization stay organized with our flight requests without having too much work put into it by myself or my staff members who are handling this task currently! It's not perfect but I think that they have taken steps towards making their system more efficient so hopefully we will see some improvements soon!! We use these tools daily within management of employee vacation/travel needs which allows them (us)to be able to keep track easily using one program rather than multiple programs such as Excel spreadsheets etc..
