Review on πŸ”§ Efficient Splicers Free Fall: Klein Tools 46039 - A Game-Changer in Wire Splicing by Jeremy Carpenter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Utility Butter Knife and Belt Holster with Tailors

Note: Not purchased for cord splicing Leather sheath held its shape and loop for two years under stress, stretching and hanging, never kinked and not deformed under weight, pressure or impact (not recommended for safety reasons) but this blade has been designed to cut plastic, natural and synthetic rope, webbing, fishing line, cardboard, wood, drywall, cement board, quick drying, mortar, random conductor screen that even used for opening and pulling objects apart as well used to turn screws. Wouldn't recommend a blade as a 5-in-1, but two years on a job site will hold up a butter knife (always wear safety goggles). The blade could use sharpening, but the metal will stand up to even a file attached to it. The rubber grip has survived metal spikes, shiny 90s, cuts, heat, chemicals, hammering and countless falls. Scissors are fine too. You can't use this set for skinning a dead man in the woods, but as an all-purpose cutting set, it holds up and is easy to carry while hip-seated.
