Bought to replace my Acer which died after 5 years. I have high-end laptops and iPads at home, but I love using these cheap Chromebooks (we have two) as my daily bats. Good first. This is a reliable, sturdy computer that was cheap. The bad thing is that the volume is practically unusable. I actually always have to use headphones because the sound is very quiet. Second, WiFi performance is below average. We have very congested WiFi here in Silicon Valley and everyone is at home due to Covid. Lenovo stops and most of the time the video is not viewable. This clears up very late or very early, so I know it's Wi-Fi congestion. However, if I upgrade to one of my more expensive laptops, there is no problem. I don't know how Lenovo did it.
