I LOVE THIS LENS! on Lenses

This compact lens has become a favorite among several zoom lenses in its range due to its very good performance, compact size and light weight. It's also more versatile than it might first appear: it performs well as a macro lens (with a 2-element achromatic macro lens attached), a moderate fisheye lens (with a Panasonic GFC1 attached), and a mid-range lens. Tele (with digital 2X enabled). It's also pretty good for shooting in the infrared range (which many lenses can't do). Since I usually use shake-free electronic shutters on my cameras, I've never experienced the "twin frame" effect that some people are reporting. Overall I was very happy with this lens!
