Review on ๐Ÿช Wildone Baking Sheet with Rack Set - Stainless Steel Cookie Sheet with Cooling Rack (3 Pans + 3 Racks): Non-Toxic, Heavy-Duty, Easy to Clean by Jill Parrott

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Beautiful, durable but slightly stained

If it weren't for my stupid mistake of not checking the sizes I would reduce it to 3 but as I haven't actually checked the sizing I'll take it the responsibility. First, the mirror finish is very beautiful! That is, until you cook with them once. Even if you attach foil, the largest of them will not get dirty with grease. I washed it and it got cloudy and the second time it was in the dishwasher but still small imperfections started to form because it wasn't clean enough. I may need a quick dryer and I'm downright scared if after an incident over ten years ago where a drop of this stuff hit my cheek. All the grates fit perfectly in their bowls and the smallest even fits perfectly in my toaster! Great replacement for the cheap junk aluminum that comes with toaster ovens. Especially when using a stand. There's still not enough space for a mini pizza, but that's almost impossible as the toaster itself is big enough. Honestly they would get a 5 if it wasn't such a big pain to keep them clean and shiny! I worked as a dishwasher in a busy canteen and we had a couple of stainless steel pans that looked shiny again after hand washing, not to mention being dunked in the high temperature dishwasher. It's not a huge issue, but part of the appeal is the high gloss finish on them, and I don't see them lasting very long as they scratch, stain, and otherwise become imperfect easily. Otherwise excellent build quality. They're heavy enough to indicate they're steel, no weird extrusion or rolling issues, just generally well made, but don't expect the big guy to be a full pan and a half sheet. It's fine for a small roast or even bacon (seriously try grilling bacon, it's gorgeous), but it's very limiting for, say, cookies.
