Spend a little more to get the best

I received the controllers and you can tell they feel a little lighter from the start. One of the two I received was functional, the other could only move right through the system. Couldn't go in any other direction but in the right direction. I've tried adjusting the analog stick and directional pad but it still doesn't work.
