I have been buying these mops for years if not decades. I try to keep at least 2 full mops around the house, due to flood clearance I gave one to a neighbor and left me two, one of which rusted. This replacement arrived in July 2020, all the mop head screws were damaged making it extremely difficult and time consuming (just like reading this review lol) to remove the mop head which I always do with a new unit to get it right/complete To make Remove the plastic cover to keep it from snagging on the press rods. An improvement on this device was fixed shaft sections without the adjustable clamp that always failed on older devices. In the end I had to screw it tight.
