Most of them would not close for me.
I was able to get a few to snap in and stay closed. The remaining connections had to be secured with cable ties. Yes, I read all the instructions and cut the light bar right where I needed it. I saw no difference between those who stuck with it and those who didn't. I had the light bar lined up perfectly, but I couldn't get most to stay in place even after trying to use pliers. So I ended up using little zippers to hold them together.
