I like that it is easy to navigate through all my contacts at once without having them open separately by themselves which helps me keep track more easily! Also there are many other useful features such weblinks etc so i cant think anything specific about this platform itself however their customer service was great when ever they were contacted - very helpful team who have been able t help answer questions regarding any problems with our account.- Easy navigation- Very fast loading time even if its quite large database compared some others out here now also makes contact management easier than before.
