Great for Crock Pot Express
I use this quite a bit in my 6qt. CPE. This also works great for cooking ribs. The only problem I've ever had was the position of the handle when I put it in the pot. It is important to ensure that the handle does not come into contact with the float valve, otherwise the lid will not close.
