I already own two tower fans which we have in the living room and the garage. I wanted one of the loft and hence this tower fan. The assembly was very straightforward and easy. And the instruction manual has lots of details on the assembly and operation of the fan.The best thing I like about this fan is the quiet operation even at maximum speed and low beep sounds it makes when changing the settings (this is a huge concern for one of our other tower fans and now I appreciate the importance of quieter buttons). The swivel/oscillation is pretty wide to cover a large portion of the room. And the fan itself is pretty strong.I must say that "adjustable height” part is misleading and can be classified as a marketing gimmick. The height is not actually adjustable. Rather you can remove a small "tube” at the bottom to bring it to 36” as compared to 42 inch height. In simple words, you can either have a 36 inch fan or a 42 inch fan.Having said that I like all features of this tower fan and would definitely recommend it.
